This is a simple healing chant that came to me as a loving instruction and reminder to Hold Our Light.

I wrote it in a beautiful wild place on The Gower when I was running one of my annual events - The Women's Wild Nourishment Retreat.

I use this song in my Resonance work with women to bless each other and receive blessings.To be seen in our light and shine and to see and appreciate others. To stand in the light of who we are through voice movement and ceremony as a powerful portal place to feel into wholeness.

Songs help us to reconnect with and reclaim the naked truth of our innate state of sacred being and allow our inner gold to shine.
Without pushing or trying.....more allowing and being present to what is.

This chant is shared with you here with the hope that it can help you to heal and remember who you truly are through awakening your heart into bringing forth your love in action
Our love in action is so needed in our world right now.
